Selenite is such a useful crystal! Sometimes called Satin Spar and Desert Rose in its raw form.

Use selenite to rejuvenate and recharge all your other crystals.

Selenite is great for raising the vibration of a room. Place a piece where you feel it’s most needed. You can place a tower or wand in each corner of a room if you feel it needs more. The energy of selenite is pure and dreamy so you may notice that holding or wearing it for too long may make you feel as if you’re floating up amongst the clouds and cause you to lose your grounding……..in which case, hold or wear a grounding stone such as Smoky Quartz or Hematite.

Use a selenite wand to slowly sweep along each side of your body to cleanse your aura/energy field. Doing this daily is a great habit to make!

Selenite will dissolve if left in water but in saying that, I cleanse my brand new pieces by leaving them sitting in the garden under healthy plants……..even if it rains a bit.

Rain water is very cleansing for crystals that can handle getting wet.

You can recharge your selenite under moonlight when you feel the need.
