I am a Professional Crystal Healer, Reiki Practitioner and Spiritual Intuitive based in Sydney, Australia.

Crystals have always held so much magic and beauty for me. They give us a direct connection to nature and the earth.

Each type of crystal has a different vibration and those who are sensitive to energies, can learn to attune to them. After studying with Krista Mitchell, a well known crystal healer and teacher, I am even more passionate about the therapeutic application of crystals for wholistic healing.

As well as being beautiful to look at, they are therapeutic to hold, wear or place directly on the body over clothing.

On the physical level, crystals aid in our own self-healing by boosting the body’s immune system. They assist by aiding digestion, grounding our energy (which is an overlooked necessity for well being) by re-connecting us to nature.

On an emotional level they help us to release deep emotions that have not be processed, causing energy blockages and stagnation. They help us access feelings of self-love, forgiveness and compassion.

Mentally, crystals give us clarity and inner knowledge on personal issues that help us to make big life decisions. They calm our busy minds and bring us into the present moment and can increase self awareness so we can more easily identify unhealthy habits that need to be changed.

Spiritually, crystals are powerful. Spiritual development is readily accepted in this era and thankfully many people are looking to take responsibility for their own spiritual growth. Crystals contain information that we can access intuitively by holding, wearing or placing them on the body. They can enhance our inner knowing and psychic abilities and expand our consciousness which is really their main purpose.

All crystals that are worn, held or placed on the body need to be cleansed and recharged after every use, to return to their natural, energised state. As a crystal therapist I only use freshly cleansed and recharged crystals in ever session.
